Digi wishes to announce that Mr Lars-Ake Valdemar Norling has tendered his resignation in the Telenor Group. Consequently, he will be resigning as the Chair of the Board of the Company and will relinquish his position as the Chair of the Remuneration Committee when a suitable candidate is identified.
An announcement will be made once a suitable candidate has been identified.
