The Board of Directors of Digi.Com Berhad ("Digi") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Twentieth Annual General Meeting ("20th AGM") dated 10 April 2017 were duly passed at the 20th AGM of Digi held earlier today. All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 20th AGM. The results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by Digi. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 9 May 2017. |
