The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval on the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting:-

1. Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate and Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature in the ordinary course of business; and

2. Proposed Amendments to the Constitution of the Company.

A Circular to Shareholders and Annual Report 2016 containing details of the above proposals will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
