Digi.Com is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Digi, has received the acknowledgement receipts from the Securities Commission Malaysia (”SC”) on 14 February 2017 pursuant to Digi’s lodgement of the Sukuk Programmes with the SC under the SC’s Guidelines on Unlisted Capital Market Products under the Lodge and Launch Framework. Salient terms and conditions of the Sukuk Programmes are set out in Appendix I. CIMB Investment Bank Berhad is the Sole Principal Adviser, Sole Lead Arranger and Lead Manager for the Sukuk Programmes. The Sole Shariah Adviser for the Sukuk Programmes is CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad. This announcement is dated 14 February 2017. |
