The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for proposed renewal of existing shareholders' mandate for the Company and its subsidiaries to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature with Telenor ASA and persons connected with Telenor ASA ("Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate") at the forthcoming 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The recurrent related party transactions are in the ordinary course of business and carried out on normal commercial terms which are not more favourable to the related parties than those generally available to the public.

A Circular to shareholders containing the information on the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be issued in due course.
