Reference is made to the announcement dated 13 September 2002 by AmMerchant Bank Berhad (formerly known as Arab-Malaysian Merchant Bank Berhad) ("AmMerchant Bank") on behalf of DiGi.Com Berhad ("DIGI").
AmMerchant Bank, on behalf of the Board of Directors of DIGI, wishes to announce that the KLSE has approved the Company's application for a further extension of time to comply with paragraphs 3.05 and 8.15 of the KLSE Listing Requirements pertaining to public shareholding spread requirements until 31 December 2002.
