AmMerchant Bank, on behalf of DIGI, wishes to announce that the Company had on 13 September 2002 made an application to the KLSE for a further extension of time of twelve (12) months from 15 September 2002 to comply with paragraphs 3.05 and 8.15 of the Listing Requirements pertaining to public shareholding spread requirements. The application is pending the KLSE's approval as at to-date.
