The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that its wholly-owned subsidiary, DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd ("DiGi") and Technology Resources Industries Berhad have mutually agreed not to proceed with their proposed 3G joint-bid preparations and the other agreements as previously announced by the Company on 13 March 2002.


However, DiGi is exploring various options in pursuing one of the 3G spectrum assignments.
