AmMerchant Bank, on behalf of DIGI, wishes to announce that the Company had, on 5 December 2003, made an appeal to the KLSE to seek recognition of DIGI’s current level of public shareholding of approximately 20.3% as an acceptable level of public spread which satisfies the amended provisions of the KLSE Listing Requirements pertaining to public shareholding spread requirements. This application is pending the KLSE's approval as at to-date.
