The Company, after due enquiry with its Directors and major shareholders, wishes to inform that it has not planned any corporate exercise involving a bonus issue for minority shareholders or any other type of bonus issue.
We refer to the above article appearing in Bloomberg on Monday, 17 February
2003, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined sentence,
which is reproduced as follows:-
"Digi.com up...on speculative interest...in anticipation of "possible corporate
maneuvers"...suggest 1-for-2 bonus issue being planned for minority
shareholders..."
