The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that pursuant to Paragraph 10.09 of the Malaysia Securities Exchange Berhad Listing Requirements ("the Listing Requirements"), the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for a proposed shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposed Mandate") at the forthcoming 7th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

A circular setting out the details of the Proposed Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
