DiGi would like to clarify to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad that the above statement is not a forecast but a guide to financial trends for future period. The guidance on the net income growth of at least 20% was based on DiGi's current views and assumptions including but not limited to, prevailing economic market conditions and currently available information for which the basis need not be audited or reviewed by the external auditors.

Page B3, Saturday, 10 June 2006 , a copy of which is enclosed for your
reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined sentence,
which is reproduced as follows:-
