DiGi wishes to inform the Exchange that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held at Sapphire Room, Level 1, Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, 50088 Kuala Lumpur on Friday, 19 May 2006 at 11.00 a.m. or immediately following the conclusion or adjournment (as the case may be) of the shareholders' Ninth Annual General Meeting (which will be held at the same venue and on the same day at 10.00 a.m.), whichever is later.

The Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting which will be advertised in the press on 26 April 2006 is attached herewith.
