On behalf of the Board of Directors of DiGi, Southern Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the High Court of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur had, on 19 April 2006, pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965, made an order confirming the Capital Repayment. The relevant order is in the process of being extracted and an office copy of the order will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies for the Capital Repayment to take effect.


The entitlement date of the Capital Repayment will be announced in due course.

This announcement is dated 19 April 2006.
