At the 8th AGM held on 10 May 2005, the shareholders of the Company had granted a mandate for the Company and its subsidiaries to enter into recurrent related party transactions. In accordance with paragraph 4.1.4 of Practice Note 12/2001 of the Listing Requirements, this shareholders' mandate unless revoked or varied by the Company in a general meeting is expiring at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM. The Company is proposing to seek renewal of the existing mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming AGM.
A circular setting out the details of the Proposed Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
