| Contents | We refer to the announcements dated 26 October 2005, 29 November 2005, 23 October 2007 and 16 November 2007 in relation to the CP/MTN Programme. We wish to announce that DiGi Tel has today made an initial drawdown of RM200 million nominal value CPs pursuant to the CP/MTN Programme in accordance with the principal terms as set out in the announcements dated 26 October 2005 and 29 November 2005. The issue proceeds from the CPs shall be utilised to finance the working capital requirements of DiGi Tel. This announcement is dated 23 December 2008. |
