Further to the Circular dated 2 December 2005 issued by the Exchange requesting all listed issuers to make an announcement on the level of public shareholding spread no later than 14 days after 30 June and 31 December of each year, the Company is pleased to announce that it has complied with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to paragraph 8.15 (1) of the Listing Requirements.
