| Contents | We refer to the announcement dated 23 October 2007 in relation to the Proposed CP/MTN Programme. We wish to announce that the Securities Commission has, through its letter dated 13 November 2007, which was received by Digitel on 16 November 2007, approved Digitel’s application for an extension of time from 25 November 2007 to up to 25 November 2009 for Digitel to make the initial draw down from the Proposed CP/MTN Programme (“Proposed Extension of Time”), subject to the following conditions: (i) CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“CIMB Investment”) and Digitel have undertaken all necessary due diligence in relation to the Proposed Extension of Time; (ii) That all relevant parties for the Proposed CP/MTN Programme including, but not limited to, trustee and rating agency, are fully informed of the Proposed Extension of Time, and where applicable, obtain their consents thereto; (iii) Prior to the implementation of the Proposed Extension of Time, CIMB Investment to submit a soft copy of the executed supplemental trust deed (if any); (iv) CIMB Investment and Digitel to obtain all regulatory approvals for the Proposed Extension of Time, if applicable; (v) All other terms and conditions imposed on the Proposed CP/MTN Programme issue shall remain applicable; and (vi) CIMB Investment to submit a written confirmation on compliance with the above upon implementation of the Proposed Extension of Time. This announcement is dated 16 November 2007. |
