DiGi will promptly make the necessary announcements should there be any material proposal made in relation to such matters. As of today, the Company has not made any proposal to any potential strategic partner.
This announcement is dated 27 July 2007.
We refer to the above article appearing in The Edge, page 1, on Monday, 23 July
2007, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
