We wish to inform that DiGi has not had any discussions on a merger with TimedotCom nor to acquire a stake in TimedotCom as stated above.
In general, we are continuously assessing possibilities for strategic partnerships and business development and are at all times in discussions with various parties in the market to enhance our business. DiGi will make necessary announcements if and when significant developments materialise.
This announcement is dated 12 July 2007.
We refer to the above article appearing in The Edge, Financial Daily, page 1,
on Wednesday, 11 July 2007, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
