DiGi wishes to inform that it is a continuous effort by the Company to explore the possibilities to restructure the balance sheet to obtain an efficient capital structure. We are assessing several alternatives in order to achieve the aforesaid. However, no decision has been concluded as of to-date.
This announcement is dated 26 March 2007.
We refer to the above article appearing in New Straits Times, BIZNEWS, page 38,
on Friday, 23 March 2007, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
