On behalf of DiGi, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) wishes to announce that the Parties have mutually agreed that completion of the definitive agreement between the Parties dated 25 January 2008 in respect of the Transfer will take place on 7 May 2008.
Subsequent to the above, CIMB will, on behalf of DiGi, make an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) to list and quote the Consideration Shares on the Main Board of Bursa Securities.
