On behalf of DiGi, we wish to announce that DiGi has been informed by TdC that the latter, on behalf of TDSB, is seeking clarification with the Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (“SKMM”) on certain conditions set out in the letter from SKMM dated 5 March 2008 which approved the transfer of the Spectrum.
In connection with the above, TdC and TDSB have requested for and DiGi and DiGi Telecom have agreed to an extension of time of up to 11 April 2008 to accept the conditional approval of the SKMM in accordance with the terms of the Definitive Agreement dated 25 January 2008.
