| Contents | Further to the announcement made on 10 June 2010 pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) entered into by the Parties to explore the viability of long-term collaboration of sharing network infrastructure in Malaysia, DiGi wishes to announce that the Parties to the MoU had on 10 December 2010 entered into a Memorandum of Extension to extend the duration of the MoU for a further period of three (3) months to finalize the feasibility study and agree on framework of the potential partnership. The Parties are aiming towards entry into a binding agreement(s) or such other document(s) as may be agreed between the Parties by 31 January 2011. This announcement is dated 10 December 2010. |
