| Contents | 1) Introduction Further to the announcement on 21 May 2009, DiGi.Com Berhad (“DiGi” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the MVNO Agreement entered into between DiGi Tel, a wholly-owned subsidiary of DiGi and Baraka have been mutually terminated by both parties with immediate effect. 2) Reason for the termination of MVNO Agreement The termination of the MVNO Agreement is due to Baraka re-considering its mobile virtual network operator business in Malaysia. 3) Financial Effects The termination of the MVNO Agreement does not have any material effect on the earnings, gearings and net assets of DiGi Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2010.
