We refer to the earlier announcements on capital management initiatives and Proposed Subdivision.
Upon redemption of the redeemable preference shares and receipt of the cash proceeds from DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd, DiGi expects to distribute approximately RM509 million (less expenses) to its shareholders. The expected distribution on a per share basis before and after the Proposed Subdivision is set out below:
