We refer to the announcements dated 26 October 2005, 29 November 2005, 23 October 2007, 16 November 2007 and 23 December 2008 in relation to the CP/MTN Programme.
We wish to announce that DiGi Tel has today obtained the Noteholders’ approval to redeem all the MTNs outstanding as at 27 June 2011 amounting to RM550 million in nominal value, and that all the MTNs so redeemed shall be cancelled pursuant to the Trust Deed dated 9 December 2008 made between DiGi Tel and CIMB Trustee Berhad. We are rationalizing the Group’s debt and cashflow position to meet our future requirements. This announcement is dated 27 June 2011. |
