We refer to the earlier announcement dated 25 April 2012 in relation to the Proposed Capital Distribution.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of DiGi, Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the High Court of Malaya had on 23 July 2012, pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act 1965, made an order confirming the Proposed Capital Distribution. The relevant order is in the process of being extracted and a copy of the order will be lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia for the Proposed Capital Distribution to take effect in due course. This announcement is dated 23 July 2012. |
