We refer to the announcements dated 8 September 2011 and 1 November 2011 in relation to the Proposed Capital Distribution by DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (“DiGiTel”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DiGi and the issuance of 100,000 redeemable preference shares (“RPS”) by DiGiTel to DiGi on 1 November 2011.
