The Board of Directors of CelcomDigi wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Ninth Annual General Meeting ("29th AGM") on the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate and Proposed Share Buy-Back Authority.

The Circular to Shareholders and Notice of the 29th AGM setting out details of the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate and Proposed Share Buy-Back Authority will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
