CelcomDigi Berhad ("CDB") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CelcomDigi Mobile Sdn Bhd ("CelcomDigi") is in receipt of a Notice of Arbitration dated 1 October 2025 ("Arbitration") from IMMA Technology Sdn Bhd ("IMMA") in relation to claims arising from amongst others an alleged breach of a Services Agreement dated 21 March 2022 ("Services Agreement").
