We refer to the announcements dated 1 December 2023, 20 June 2024, 28 June 2024 and 13 May 2025 ("Earlier Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined or where the context otherwise requires, the definitions set out in the Earlier Announcements shall apply throughout this Announcement.
At the request of DNB, CelcomDigi had on 15 August 2025 provided to DNB RM116,666,667 as Additional Shareholder Advance. The Additional Shareholder Advance is provided in the Agreed Proportions amongst the DNB shareholders in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the SHA.
