We refer to the Announcement dated 1 December 2023 in relation to the Proposed Transaction (“2023 Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the 2023 Announcement shall apply to this Announcement. This Announcement is to be read together with the 2023 Announcement. CDB is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CelcomDigi has confirmed that all the conditions precedent under the SSA have been fulfilled, and CelcomDigi will proceed to complete the Proposed Transaction in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SSA, including the signing of the Shareholders’ Agreement. This announcement is dated 20 June 2024. |
