Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 29 February 2024.
The Company wishes to announce that the High Court of the Republic of Singapore has at the hearing on 5 April 2024 granted the Compulsory Winding-Up ("CWU”) Order against Infront SG and appointed Ms Ellyn Tan Huixian of Mazars Consulting Pte Ltd to act as the Liquidator of Infront SG.
The Company will make further announcements in respect of the CWU as and when there are material developments.
