Digi.Com Berhad ("Digi") refers to the prior announcements made by Axiata Group Berhad, one of our major shareholders in 31 July 2018 and 17 November 2021 in relation to the Indemnity Suit and Conspiracy Suit (collectively "Suits").
Following to the completion of merger between Digi and Celcom, Digi wishes to announce that the High Court has today decided the Indemnity and Conspiracy Suits in favour of our subsidiaries, Celcom and Celcom Resources and also dismissed TSDTR and Dato’ Bistamam Ramli’s counterclaims in both Suits with costs.
The appropriate remedies and quantum of costs will be decided at a later date.
Digi will make further announcements from time to time in respect of any material developments on these 2 matters.
