We refer to the announcement dated 27 October 2022 in relation to the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the Company to be held on Friday, 18 November 2022 at 2.00 p.m and the public announcement by the Government of Malaysia stating that on 18 November 2002 has been declared as a public holiday.
