The Board of Directors of Digi (“Board”) wishes to announce that Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (“DigiTel”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Digi.Com Berhad, has on 30 October 2022 executed an AA with DNB for access to the 5G Single Wholesale Network (“SWN”). This agreement will enable DigiTel to enrich its current portfolio of services with the gradual deployment of 5G retail services for consumer and enterprise customers. Please refer to the attachment for the full announcement in relation to the execution of AA with DNB in relation to the SWN. This announcement is dated 31 October 2022. |
