Digi.Com Berhad (Digi) wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has approved the Company's request for suspension in the trading of Digi's shares with effect from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Thursday, 8 April 2021, pending the release of a material announcement.
This request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(b)(v) of Practice Note 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities. |
