Statement of Responsibility by Directors In respect of the preparation of the annual audited financial statements The Directors are responsible for ensuring that the financial statements of Digi.Com Berhad and its subsidiaries (the Group) are drawn up in accordance with the applicable Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards and the requirements of the Companies Act 2016. The Directors are also responsible for ensuring that the annual audited financial statements of the Group are prepared with reasonable accuracy from the accounting records of the Group so as to give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Group as of 31 December 2021 and of their financial performance and cash flows for the year. In reviewing the annual audited financial statements, the Directors have relied upon the Group’s system of internal controls to provide them with reasonable grounds to believe that the Group’s accounting records,as well as other relevant records, have been maintained by the Group in a manner that enables them to sufficiently conclude on the following: a. Selected and applied the appropriate and relevant accounting policies on a consistent basis; b. Made judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent; and c. Prepared the annual audited financial statements on a going concern basis.
